Job Description:
Accounting (25% of the time)
Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance on Pastel
Capturing of Customer Invoices
General Journals
Debtors Statements (Excel)
Weekly and Monthly Creditors payment
Asset Register & Depreciation
Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
VAT & PAYE Reports on eFiling
Basic Project/Process Management (60% of the time)
Project/Process tracking
Quality check (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Maintain databases
Business Support (15% of the time)
Create templates on Excel
Reconciliations on Excel
Assistance and back-up for other office assistants on various projects

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years relevant working experience
Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Pastel Literate (at least v14)
Own reliable transport
